
Mistley Church Hall at Heritage Weekend
Heritage Weekend is on Saturday 12-Sunday 13 September where across the country historical groups will be opening up places of interest.
As part of this the Mistley Towers will be open, and to support them Mistley Church Hall will also be open, 2.30-5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, for facilities and light refreshments. Come and drop in and say hello!
Breakfast Coffee Morning and Table-Top Sale
It’s at Mistley Church Hall on Saturday 26 September from 9.00am-11am. Come and enjoy breakfast, refreshments and a cake stall, as well as other stalls! Everyone’s welcome and all profits will go to Mistley Church Funds.


Harvest & Creation Celebrations
We will be thinking about Creation in all of our services through September as we lead up to Harvest over the weekend of 2-4 October.
On Friday 2 October there will be a traditional-style Harvest service and supper, starting at 6.30pm at Bradfield Church. If you would like to stay for the supper, please sign up using the list available at Bradfield Church.
On Saturday 3 October there will be a Barn Dance at Lawford Church. Doors will open at 6.30pm for dancing from 7pm-10.30pm. Tickets cost £16 and include a Ploughman’s Supper. Please note, this event is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
And on Sunday 4 October we will have Harvest services in our churches, including a traditional Harvest Communion at Mistley at 10.15am and an informal-style Harvest Worship with kids activities at 11am at Lawford.
Bradfield Quiz Night
Friday 16 October, 7pm for 7.30pm at Bradfield Village Hall.
Tickets cost £10 per person (under 14s £5), with teams of up to 6 members – bring a whole team, or come individually! The ticket includes a ploughman’s supper, but please bring your own drinks and glasses.
