Climate and Faith Talk
Manningtree Earth Festival is happening right the way through June across Manningtree and Mistley. As part of this, Mistley Church is hosting a talk on Climate as a Faith Issue.
It’s on Wednesday 10 June, 7.30pm at Mistley Church. Find out more, including information on the speaker, Martin Poulsom, here.
Lawford Gift Day
Help Lawford to survive and thrive by supporting the Gift Day! It’s on Saturday 13 June, 10am-2pm at Lawford Church.
There will also be a Hi-De-Hi exhibition, refreshments, book and plant stalls, and much more!


Mysteries of Mistley
Mistley Church and Church Hall are once again joining in with the local Mysteries of Mistley event! It’s an opportunity to find out more about our community, its food, and its history!
It’s on Saturday 20 June, 10am-4pm around Mistley.
The Church and Bell Tower will be open to look around, and for tours. If it’s hot, there will also be cold drinks available at the Church. Please be aware that if you would like to go up the Bell Tower, it is accessed by a steep spiral staircase, and it’s not suitable for small children.
The Church Hall will also be open to look around, and to view the Manningtree & District Photographic Society exhibition! There’s also parking and facilities available at the Hall.

Bradfield Friends Garden Fete
Come to a traditional-style fete in Bradfield, with games, stalls, and refreshments.
It’s on Sunday 28 June, 2pm-6pm at Plas-y-Coed, Heath Road, Bradfield, CO11 2UZ.
Entry is free, and it’s a cash only event.
